Removing Malicious Facebook Apps

There are many possible reasons your facebook changed colors. You probably clicked on something just because you were curious if it was possible, and now that you have enabled it, it spams your friends, trying to get popular and make money. This guide explains how you can remove it.

The first possibility is that you added an APP to your facebook and gave it permission to post as you in addition to letting it change your colors. If this is the case for you, you will need to remove the app altogether.

You do this by first going to your APP LIST page
https://www.facebook.com/bookmarks/apps
and look for the app that is doing it. Click the pencil icon to the left of the app, and select remove app.
Look for something called "Page Rage".

The second possibility is that you installed something on your computer that also installed something called "Yontoo Layers" that is causing the problem. This is an actual MALWARE program installed on your computer, so you will need to go to your control panel and then go to Add/Remove Programs and find "Yontoo Layers" and uninstall it. Another possible reason is that you installed a browser extension that is doing it.
